Who we are
Project description
Flexonyx is part of Bałland Brugneaux (CBB), a family-owned company operating since 1843. For generations, this company has met international needs in the fields of energy production, metals, and cement. It sources coal from the world’s top ten producers and sells it to over fifteen different countries.
Currently, the Flexonyx group is working on introducing an advanced energy production technology to the global market. This technology utilizes an innovative process of hydrogenating RDF, plastic, and tires, converting them into clean diesel and other valuable fuels.

PROJECT
Market Potential
Direct Hydrogenation Process
The aim of the Flexonyx project is to establish 20 facilities worldwide that will utilize the Direct Hydrogenation Process for plastic waste, RDF, tires, etc.
1
1.6 Million Tons of Waste
Each planned facility will process 1.6 million tons of waste annually to produce 4.8 million barrels of clean diesel fuel. Additionally, each facility will produce 2.5 million barrels of heavy kerosene, which can be used in the production of plastics, among other applications.
2
Facility Construction in Europe
Additional facilities will be built across Europe, enabling not only the conversion of waste into high-quality fuel and achieving energy independence but also promoting dynamic regional development and the creation of new jobs, both during construction and in the plant's ongoing operations.
3
TECHNOLOGY
An innovative method for converting waste into clean hydrocarbon fuels, eliminating CO₂ emissions into the atmosphere. This revolutionary approach to energy production and valuable product generation is waste-free, making it both environmentally friendly and sustainable. The products of this process—such as Euro7-compliant clean diesel, aviation fuel, and LPG—can be used across various industrial sectors, contributing both to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and to waste reduction.
Our process does not burn waste, which minimizes CO₂ emissions.
Waste is hydrogenated under high pressure and at high temperatures, resulting in a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to other technologies.
All byproducts generated during production are utilized, eliminating the need for ash disposal or other waste management.
